HOTPAN® Isolierdeckel komplett Ø 22 cm

The lid fits my existing pots like a glove and the silicone seal makes for a tighter, quieter simmer than my old glass lid. No more steam escaping around the edges during slow cooking.

The replacement lid seals perfectly on my older pot, and the silicone edge is thick enough that I don't worry about steam escaping during simmering.

The glass lid fits my existing 22 cm pot perfectly and the knob stays cool enough to grab without a mitt. I do wish the rim were a bit thicker, but it seals well and keeps splatters contained during simmering. Four stars because it does the job, just not exceptionally.
