The six-layer construction really holds heat evenly—my stew simmered perfectly on the lowest setting for over an hour without sticking once. The 6.4-liter capacity is plenty for a big family batch, and the lid fits snug enough that I barely lose any steam.

The 6.4-liter capacity is perfect for batch-cooking soups and stews for the whole week. I was pleasantly surprised by how evenly the heat distributes across the 24 cm base.

The 24 cm diameter works well for most recipes, but the lid doesn't seal as tightly as I'd hoped, so steam escapes a bit during simmering. It's a decent pot for the price, though nothing exceptional.
