I was worried the handle might get too hot during searing, but it stayed perfectly cool to the touch. The 5-liter capacity gives me plenty of room for batch-cooking without overcrowding.

The 5-liter capacity is perfect for cooking big batches of stir-fry, and the 28cm diameter gives plenty of room without splattering. Heats up evenly and cleans easily, which makes weeknight dinners much less of a hassle.

The 28 cm diameter is just right for searing a large batch of chicken thighs without overcrowding. The non-stick surface seems durable so far, though I wish the handle stayed a bit cooler during longer cooks.
