I'd been nervous about pressure cookers, but this one's sturdy handle and lightweight lid actually make it easy to lock in place. Cooked a whole batch of beans in just 20 minutes and they came out perfectly tender.

The 3-liter size is perfect for our family of four, and the 22cm diameter fits nicely on the stovetop without taking up too much space. The pressure valve clicks into place with a satisfying sound, and I love that everything feels solid and well-built.

The lock mechanism is so smooth and secure that I no longer worry about steam escaping. Cooked a whole batch of beans in under 20 minutes, which is a game-changer for my meal prep.
