I was a bit skeptical about the price, but the heavy-gauge stainless steel body really distributes heat evenly and cleanup is effortless. The glass lid fits snugly without rattling, which is a nice touch for simmering sauces.

The 16 cm diameter is perfect for making single portions of sauce or rice, and the lid fits so snugly that hardly any steam escapes. Cleanup is a breeze too, just a quick wipe and it's spotless.

I’ve been using this pot almost daily for sauces and rice, and the heat distribution is noticeably even – no more scorched bottoms. The lid fits snugly, which makes simmering really efficient.
