I was skeptical about another gadget in the drawer, but the blade on this one is genuinely sharp and cuts through carrots into perfect ribbons in seconds. It's my go-to for quick salads now, and clean-up is a breeze.

This julienne peeler makes quick work of carrots for salads, and the blade feels much sturdier than my old one. I’ve used it for zucchini noodles too, and the grip is comfortable even after a few minutes.

Slightly harder to clean than I expected, but the julienne cuts on carrots come out perfectly thin and even. It’s a solid little tool for making quick vegetable noodles.
