ESSENTIAL Zestenschneider

This little zester makes quick work of lemons and limes, the blade is sharp enough to get perfect curls without digging into the pith. It feels solid in the hand and cleans up easily, exactly what I needed for my cocktails.

I was a bit skeptical about a zester with this simple design, but the blade is incredibly sharp and precise—it handled a whole lemon in under a minute without any struggle. Grated just the perfect amount for my pasta, no bitter pith at all.

The ergonomic handle gives good control, and the sharp blades cut cleanly through citrus rind without tearing. It would be nice if it came with a protective cover for the blades.
