TITANIO STAR 高邊平底鍋 Ø 24 公分

This pan heats up so evenly that my omelettes slide out without sticking, and the high edges mean nothing splatters all over the stove. It’s become my go-to for everything from searing to sauces.

The 24 cm diameter is perfect for daily family meals, and the high rim means nothing splatters onto the hob. The non-stick surface releases omelettes cleanly, and cleanup takes under a minute.

The high sides are handy for cooking sauces without splashing everywhere, and the pan feels solid in the hand. It heats evenly enough, but I did notice the handle gets warmer than I'd like during longer simmering sessions. Decent for the price, though I wasn't blown away.
