I was impressed by how evenly this pan heats across the whole surface—no more burnt spots on my omelette. It feels solid and well-balanced in hand, which makes flipping a breeze. Definitely a solid upgrade from my old nonstick set.

First batch of pancakes came out perfectly golden and slid right off the pan—no oil needed beyond a thin brush layer. The 28 cm size is generous for a family breakfast, and the handle stays cool even after ten minutes on high heat.

Used it for the first time last night and the heat distribution is noticeably even across the whole 28 cm surface. My omelette slid right off without any oil, which was a pleasant surprise for a coating-free pan.
