Teller Neige Ø 21 cm

The balance on this 21 cm blade is spot on—it feels like an extension of my hand when chopping herbs. The finish looks sharp and clean, and it handles daily prep without any fuss.

These 21 cm knives have a great weight and balance, making prep work feel effortless. The steel holds its edge noticeably longer than my old set, and the perfectly sized blade handles everything from onions to roasts.

The red handle makes it easy to spot in the drawer, which is a small thing but honestly useful. It’s a solid 21 cm blade that handles everyday chopping well, though it’s not razor-sharp out of the box like I’d hoped.
