SWISS KNIFE Rüstmesser Wellenschliff grau

The scalloped edge on this knife is a game-changer for slicing through tomatoes without crushing them. I've used it every day since it arrived and it still feels incredibly sharp. A solid upgrade for anyone who cooks regularly.

The grey handle has a nice matte texture that gives a secure grip even when my hands are slightly wet. It keeps a sharp edge well through several weeks of regular vegetable prep. Only wish the blade were just a touch longer for larger squash.

The serrated blade glides through bread without crushing it, which is exactly what I needed. It’s a bit heavier than my old knife, but the gray handle feels sturdy and comfortable for longer prep sessions.
