The little individual pans are perfect for melting cheese right at the table, and the whole set feels incredibly sturdy for its compact size. I've used it twice already for a quick weeknight dinner and it was surprisingly easy to clean up.

The little trays pop out easily and clean up fast, which is exactly what I needed for a weeknight raclette. The black finish looks sharp on the table, though I wish the heating base had a bit more power for melting cheese quickly.
