CULINARY FIVEPLY 無塗層炒鍋 Ø 28 公分

The five-ply construction really distributes heat evenly across the whole wok surface, no hot spots when I stir-fry. It's surprisingly lightweight for how solid it feels, and the first stir-fry came out perfectly seared.

The handle stays cool even after twenty minutes of stir-frying, which surprised me. Cleanup is a breeze since there's no coating to worry about, just a quick rinse and wipe. This wok's definitely earned its spot on my stovetop.

Heats up so fast and evenly — I finally got that perfect sear on a stir-fry without hot spots. The uncoated surface cleaned up with just a scrub brush, no sticking. Exactly what I wanted from a 28cm wok.
