NEW LIFE® PRO 平底鍋 Ø 28 公分

The 28 cm size is perfect for cooking for the whole family, and I love how evenly the heat distributes across the surface, no more hot spots. Cleanup is surprisingly easy even after searing meat.

Finally got around to using this pan and the even heat distribution is exactly what I needed for searing steaks. It's heavy but not too heavy to handle, and nothing sticks to the surface. Cleanup is a breeze after a good sear.

The non-stick surface handles eggs flawlessly, and the pan's weight feels balanced even when full. Delivery was quick, though the handle does get noticeably warm on the stovetop.
