TITANIO STAR 燒烤平底鍋 28 x 28 公分

I love how evenly this pan heats up across the whole 28 cm surface, and the non-stick coating makes cleaning a breeze even after searing a big batch of veggies.

The 28x28 size is perfect for searing two steaks at once without overcrowding, and the heat distribution is incredibly even across the entire surface. It’s already become my go-to pan for weekend cooking.

The square shape fits nicely on my grill, but the handle gets alarmingly hot when I'm flipping veggies—I've had to use two mitts every time. It cooks evenly enough for the price, though I expected a bit more from something marketed as Swiss quality.
