Heats up so evenly that my stir-fry vegetables are perfectly crisp and not burnt in spots. The 36 cm size is great for cooking for the whole family at once.

I've been using this 36 cm cast iron wok almost daily for stir-fries, and the heat retention is fantastic for getting that perfect sear on vegetables. It seasoned up nicely after just a couple uses, and the large diameter gives me plenty of room to toss ingredients without spilling.

Heating is beautifully even for a cast iron this size—the walls are high enough that nothing splatters over the edges. Only reason it’s not a five is the weight; you definitely need both hands to move it when it’s full.
