ICED Rüstmesser Set 2 Stk.

These two knives have held their edge through a whole month of daily meal prep, which surprised me. They feel balanced in the hand and the set covers all my basic chopping and slicing needs.

The blades arrived sharp enough to slice through a ripe tomato without crushing it, though I wish the set included a slightly smaller paring knife. For the price, they feel sturdy and well-balanced in hand.

The handles have a nice, secure grip even when wet, which is a plus for prep work. One of the blades came with a tiny nick right out of the box, but it's otherwise very solid for the price.
