ESSENTIAL Soft Edge Thin Spatula

Replaced my old metal spatula with this thin one and it slides under eggs without tearing them. The soft edge flexes just right for flipping pancakes, and it’s light enough that my wrist doesn’t tire during a full breakfast cook.

I was pleasantly surprised how flexible yet sturdy this spatula is—the thin edge slides under omelets without tearing them. It’s become my go-to for flipping delicate items.

The thin edge really gets under pancakes without tearing them, which is exactly what I needed. Wish the handle had a bit more grip when wet, but overall it's a solid, well-made spatula.
