CULINARY FORGED Rüstmesser gezackt

The serrated edge sliced through a ripe tomato without any crushing, and the first cut actually made me smile. It's noticeably sharper out of the box than my old chef's knife ever was.

The grip feels solid and well-balanced, even when I'm cutting through crusty bread. I've been using it daily for a week now and the blade hasn't dulled at all, which is a nice surprise for this price point.

The serrated edge slices through tomatoes and crusty bread without squashing them, which is exactly what I needed. It feels well-balanced in my hand and the blade holds its edge after weeks of daily use.
