CULINARY FORGED Kochmesser klein

The tiny size is perfect for my smaller hands, and it slices cherry tomatoes without squashing them. The handle feels secure even when my hands are a bit wet, which I honestly didn't expect.

The blade came sharp out of the box and handled small chopping tasks well. Only wish the handle had a bit more grip for wet hands, but otherwise it's a solid little knife for everyday use.

The blade felt well-balanced right out of the box, and it’s held a decent edge through a few days of meal prep. I just wish the handle was a bit more grippy when my hands are wet. Still, a solid everyday knife for the price.
