CULINARY FIVEPLY 不沾鍋 Ø 28 公分

The non-stick is genuinely impressive; I've been cooking with it every day for a week and nothing sticks, even without much oil. The pan feels heavy and well-balanced, and heat distribution is perfectly even across the 28 cm surface. It’s already become my go-to for everything from eggs to searing.

I was hesitant about spending this much on a 28cm pan, but the non-stick surface is so good that even scrambled eggs slide right off without any oil. Cleanup takes me about thirty seconds.

Finally, a pan that doesn't scorch my onions the second I look away. The five-ply construction heats so evenly through the whole base, no more hot spots. Cleanup is just a wipe, even after searing chicken.
