ALLROUND 不沾鍋 Ø 28 公分

Had to replace my old pan and this one’s heat distribution is noticeably more even across the whole 28 cm surface. Cleanup is a breeze after frying eggs or searing chicken, and the handle stays cool on the stove.

The non-stick surface works fine for eggs and pancakes, but I've noticed it needs a bit more oil than my old pan to keep things from sticking. It heats evenly enough, though the handle gets warmer than I'd like during longer cooks. Decent for the price, just not amazing.
