CULINARY FIVEPLY 平底鍋組 無塗層 Ø 24 + 28 公分

The 5-ply construction really heats evenly across the whole pan, and the 24cm size is perfect for my daily omelets. I've had no sticking issues at all, which is exactly what I wanted from an uncoated pan.

The 28 cm pan is a nice size for searing two chicken breasts at once. I wish the handle stayed a bit cooler on the stovetop, but the cooking performance itself is excellent.

The five-layer construction feels solid, but the pans are heavier than I expected for everyday use. The 24 cm size works well for smaller portions, though food sticks a bit more than with my old non-stick ones.
