COLORI®+ Rüstmesser grau

The blade keeps its edge noticeably longer than my old chef's knife, which makes prepping vegetables much less frustrating. Feels well-balanced in my hand even after chopping for a while.

The grey color looks even better in person, and the ergonomic handle makes chopping onions feel effortless. It's already my go-to knife for everyday prep.

Finally got this to replace my old, dull chef's knife, and the blade is noticeably sharper right out of the box. It cuts through a butternut squash without any effort, which was a nice surprise. The grip feels secure enough that I'm not worried about slipping while chopping.
