I was pleasantly surprised how well this 20 cm pan handles eggs without any oil sticking, and the clean-up is super quick with just a rinse.

I was a bit skeptical about a non-stick pan without a coating, but the 20 cm size is perfect for my daily omelets and it heats evenly every time. The handle stays cool enough to grab, which is a nice bonus.

This pan heats evenly and the surface releases food without any coating, which is exactly what I wanted. Only gripe is the 20 cm size is a bit small if you're cooking for more than two, but for eggs and crepes it's perfect.
