I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of any coating—it’s so much easier to keep clean without worrying about scratches. The square shape makes flipping smaller portions a breeze, and the 27 cm size is perfect for my stove. Heating is even without any hotspots.

The square shape gives me so much more usable surface than my old round pan, and the lack of coating means I can use metal utensils without worrying. It's a bit heavy but that heat retention is exactly what I wanted for searing.

Cooking on this square pan is a game-changer for searing veggies — the flat surface gives you way more contact than a round pan. I’ve made perfect roasted peppers and tofu without any oil sticking or warping. Just wipe it clean and it’s good as new.
