I've been using the pressure cooker for about three weeks now and it's cut my bean cooking time down to almost nothing. The lid locks with a really satisfying click, which makes me feel a lot safer than my old one. Genuinely impressed with the build.

The lid fits so snugly that I can actually see the steam staying trapped while simmering, which makes a real difference for soups. The pan itself heats evenly across the whole base, no hot spots burning the bottom. I’ve used it nearly every day for two weeks now and it still looks brand new.

The stockpot heats evenly and the handles stay cool on the stove, which I appreciate when moving it around. Only thing is it's heavier than my old pan, so it takes some getting used to. Solid Swiss quality for the price.
