TITANIO STAR グリルパン 28×28cm

I love that this pan is exactly 28x28 cm — the square shape gives me so much more cooking space than my old round pan. It heats evenly and the non-stick is holding up well after a month of daily use.

I've been using this square grill pan almost daily for searing vegetables, and the 28 cm surface fits perfectly across two burners on my stove. The non-stick coating makes cleanup surprisingly quick even after cooking sticky marinades.

The handle stays cool even after cooking on high heat, which is a nice safety touch. It heats up evenly on my gas stove and the square shape makes perfect use of the burner. Only wish the surface were a tad more non-stick for eggs.
