CLASSIC ノンコート フライパン 20cm

I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight this 20 cm pan feels despite its sturdy build—it’s easy to flip omelets without straining my wrist. Cleanup after searing chicken took barely a minute with just a quick wipe.

The heat distribution is so even that my onions caramelized without a single burnt spot, and the pan's weight feels reassuringly solid. Cleanup takes ten seconds with just hot water, which is exactly what I needed from a nonstick-free option.

First tried it for a quick omelette, and the 20 cm size is just right for one portion. The pan heats evenly and cleans up in seconds with just a wipe.
