SILVER STAR ノンコートフライパン Ø 28 cm

First thing I noticed was how evenly this pan heats on the induction cooktop—no more scorched spots on my omelettes. The handle stays cool enough to grab without a mitt, which has already saved me a couple of times.

The non-stick surface is actually a relief—eggs slide right off with barely a drop of oil, and cleanup is just a quick wipe. I've used it almost daily for a month and it still looks brand new, which honestly surprised me for a pan without any coating.

The handle stays perfectly cool even on a high flame, which surprised me for a pan at this price point. It's lightweight enough to toss vegetables easily, yet feels solid and well-balanced.
