ロッキングトング レッド*

The locking mechanism on these tongs is genius — they stay shut in the drawer instead of springing open and tangling with everything else. I use them constantly for tossing salads and flipping veggies, and the grip feels solid every time.

Finally - a pair of tongs that actually stays locked in the drawer instead of springing open every time I reach for a spatula. The red color makes them easy to spot in my cluttered utensil crock, and the grip feels secure even when I'm flipping a heavy roast.

The locking mechanism clicks in place so reliably that I can set these down mid-task without them springing open, which is exactly what I needed for grabbing hot items and serving. Red makes them easy to spot in the drawer even when I'm rushing.
