The ceramic coating is noticeably more non-stick than my old pan, and even scrambled eggs slide right off. It heats up quickly and evenly across the surface, which makes a real difference for searing. I’m pretty picky about cookware, and this one exceeded my expectations.

This deep burgundy is even richer in person than I expected, and the wide 24cm cooking surface gives me plenty of room to flip an omelette without spilling. The nonstick performance is a clear step up from my old pans—eggs slide right off with almost no oil.

The 24cm size is perfect for my daily omelets and the non-stick surface released them easily. I just wish the handle felt a bit more secure in my hand, but the cooking performance is excellent for the price.
