CULINARY FIVEPLY ノンコート フライパンセット 24cm+28cm

The 24cm pan heats so evenly—perfect for searing a single steak without hot spots. I've used both sizes daily for a month and the stainless steel surface is holding up beautifully with no sticking issues, just a bit more oil needed than non-stick.

I was hesitant about a non-stick-free set, but the 24cm pan handles eggs fine with a little butter, and cleanup is just a quick wipe. The 28cm one is my go-to for searing chicken thighs, and the handles stay cool enough to grip without a mitt.

These pans heat so evenly—I noticed it immediately with the 28cm on my induction cooktop. The lack of coating is actually a relief, as I've had nonstick wear out too fast before. Solid, simple cookware that feels built to last.
