CLASSIC フライパンセット ノンコーティング Ø 24 + 28 cm

Cooked my first stir-fry in the 24 cm one last night and the handle stayed cool the whole time — exactly what I hoped for with a non-coated pan. The lack of coating means a bit more oil, but the even sear on the 28 cm made up for it.

The 28 cm pan heats evenly across the whole surface, so my omelettes cook perfectly without any hot spots. I love how lightweight it feels compared to my old pans.

Finally, a non-stick free pan that actually works without everything sticking — the 28cm size is perfect for family dinners. Heats evenly and cleans up in seconds, which is exactly what I needed.
