BLACK STAR Eisenpfanne Ø 24 cm

The weight of this 24 cm pan is just right—heavy enough to hold heat, but not unwieldy. I’ve been using it daily for a week, and the non-stick surface is still flawless after searing fish. Cleanup is a breeze, which makes weeknight cooking so much easier.

The cast iron heats up fast and sears a steak like a pro, though you need a good grip for the hefty handle when tossing veggies. Arrived in two days, and the seasoning layer looks and feels solid right out of the box.

The pan heats evenly and the handle stays cool even on high heat, which really makes a difference when searing. Cleanup was surprisingly easy too, just a quick wipe with a paper towel.
