EASY INDUCTION Bratpfanne Ø 26 cm

I was a bit skeptical about the non-stick coating holding up, but after a month of daily use it's still flawless and food slides right off. Eggs come out perfect every time without needing extra oil.

Finally, a pan that actually distributes heat evenly across the whole 26 cm surface without hot spots. The handle stays cool on the stove, which is a nice touch. It’s become my go-to for searing steaks.

The handle stays surprisingly cool, even after searing on high heat for several minutes. Cleanup with just a paper towel is a nice bonus, though I wish the non-stick surface was a touch more durable.
