The ceramic pot holds heat so evenly that the cheese stays perfectly molten through the whole meal—no scorching on the bottom. It’s hefty but well-balanced, and cleanup was quicker than I expected. Definitely a step up from the cheap set we had before.

We’ve used these plates for two raclette nights already, and at 18 cm they’re the perfect size for a hearty portion of melted cheese without feeling cramped. They heat up evenly and are easy to handle, even when the cheese gets a bit stringy. Exactly what we needed for a cozy dinner at home.

The rim is just high enough to keep the cheese from spilling over, which I didn't expect at that price point. Even after a full raclette evening, the plate stayed cool to the touch on the outside. Perfect for a single portion and easy to stack after washing.
