The 21 cm size gives us plenty of room for a full evening of raclette without constant refills. Melted cheese slides off the pan smoothly, and cleanup took way less time than I expected.

The 21 cm diameter is perfect for our raclette nights—big enough for two, but still fits on the table with the cheese setup around it. The ceramic surface heats evenly and cleans up surprisingly fast, even after melted cheese has sat on it. Honest, exactly what we needed.
