Pulled these out of the box and the first thing I noticed was the perfect weight balance in my hand. Cut through a ribeye like butter, and the color coating on the handles is holding up great after a few washes. Exactly what I needed for steak night.

The steaks cut through like butter, and the handles feel solid even with my wet hands. Only wish the set came with a fifth knife for when we have guests over, but the four we've got are holding their edge nicely.
