The grain on this acacia block is beautiful, and it holds my knives securely without scratching them. It’s solid enough to stay put on the counter but light enough to move when I’m cleaning.

Wasn't sure a block without knives would earn its keep, but it holds my five Kuhn Rikon colour knives perfectly and the slots grip the blades so nothing wobbles. The acacia has a nice weight to it too, heavy enough that it doesn't slide around when I'm pulling a knife out one-handed.
