The lid fits so snugly that I can simmer sauces with barely any steam escaping, which really concentrates the flavors. Cleanup is a breeze too, thanks to the smooth interior surface.

I've been using this 2-liter pot for a few weeks now, and the 18 cm diameter is perfect for simmering sauces or cooking rice for two. The lid sits flush without rattling, and clean-up has been a breeze.

The lid fits so snugly that I can actually see the condensation working while simmering, and the 18cm size is just right for a solo pasta night. Cleanup was quick too, which is always a win in my book.
