DUROMATIC® TOP Boutons de retenue

The handles stay perfectly cool while I'm simmering sauces, which makes a huge difference during longer cooking sessions. They feel solid and well-balanced, and the lids seal tightly to lock in moisture.

The knob releases with a satisfying click and the lid seals tightly enough that my stew barely loses any steam. I’ve been using these every night for a week and the mechanism still feels brand new.

The buttons are a bit stiff to press at first, but they feel very secure once locked in. I've been using them for a week now and the lids seal nicely. Overall a solid upgrade for my cookware set.
