The heat distribution is incredibly even on my induction hob, and the 2.0-liter size is perfect for making sauces for two. Cleanup is a breeze since nothing seems to stick.

The lid fits so snugly that I barely need any water to steam vegetables, and cleanup is effortless. This 2-liter casserole handles everything from soups to rice without scorching. I've been cooking more since I bought it.

Heating is so even that I've stopped stirring my risotto every minute, and the lid fits tight enough that nothing splatters. Cleanup takes about thirty seconds with just a sponge, which is more than I can say for the last pot I owned.
