CULINARY FIVEPLY مقلاة سوتيه بدون طلاء قطر 20 سم

The uncoated surface sears beautifully and cleans up with just a wipe, though it does need a bit of oil to prevent sticking. Feels sturdy and well-balanced, and the handle stayed cool during a long simmer.

I’ve been using this sauteuse nearly every day since it arrived, and the five-ply construction heats evenly without any hot spots. The 20 cm size is perfect for small batches of sauce or a quick vegetable sauté.

The 20cm size is perfect for small sauces and sides, and I appreciate that there's no coating to worry about peeling. Only wish the handle stayed a bit cooler during longer simmering sessions.
