The pressure release mechanism clicks into place much more securely than the old worn one, and my pot reached pressure in the usual time without any hissing. It feels like a precision fit, which gives me confidence the seal will hold up through many more batches of beans and stews.

Installed this replacement valve on my pressure cooker and it fit perfectly, just like the original. The seal is tight and the pressure builds exactly as it should, so I'm back to making soups in half the time.

Finally got my old pressure cooker working again after replacing the worn-out valve assembly. It fits perfectly and the new rubber gasket makes a much better seal than the original did. Took a few tries to get the pressure indicator to seat right, but once i did, it's holding pressure like new.
