TITANIO STAR 煎鍋 高壁 Ø 28 公分

Bought this to replace my old nonstick pan and the higher walls make a big difference for stir-fries and pasta sauces. The coating feels really durable so far and clean-up is just a quick wipe.

I was pleasantly surprised by how evenly the heat distributes across the 28 cm surface—no more hot spots when searing chicken thighs. The high sides actually held a full batch of stir-fry without any spillage, which is exactly what I needed.

The high walls are a game changer for stir-frying without splattering oil everywhere. Cooks evenly and cleans up in seconds, exactly what I needed for weeknight dinners.
