The ceramic surface is so smooth that cheese glides right off the wooden skewer without any sticking. We used it for a raclette night and the even heat distribution meant every tabletop slice melted in perfect time.

The flat bottom of this pot sits perfectly on the burner, so it doesn't wobble at all during our raclette evenings. It's the ideal size for two people and heats up evenly without any hot spots.

Finally got to host my first fondue night and this 21 cm plate was the perfect size for four people. The non-stick surface made clean-up a breeze, even with the melted cheese that dripped off the skewers.
