SWISS Schaumkelle

The handle stays perfectly cool even when I'm skimming hot stock from a bubbling pot, and the slotted head glides through the foam without bending. It's become my go-to for frothing milk and lifting dumplings out of broth.

This slotted spoon has a really nice weight to it, not flimsy at all, and the slots make draining pasta effortless. I've been using it every day this week and it's already simplified my cooking routine.

I was pleasantly surprised by how solid this slotted spoon feels—the silicone head doesn’t scratch my nonstick pans at all. It’s a bit stiffer than I expected for scraping bowls, but it handles stirring hot soup without flexing too much.
