SMART & COMPACT CERAMIC 煎鍋 Ø 24 公分

This ceramic coating really lives up to the non-stick promise — eggs slide right off with barely a wipe. Heats evenly across the whole surface and feels solid in hand, not flimsy like some cheaper pans.

This pan heats up so evenly on my induction stove, and the ceramic surface releases food without any oil. The 24 cm size is perfect for making a quick omelet or searing a couple of chicken thighs.

I was worried the smaller 24 cm size would be too limiting, but it's actually perfect for single-serving meals and fits nicely in my cabinet. The ceramic surface has been very easy to clean so far, though I do wish it were slightly heavier for stability when tossing food.
