SMART & COMPACT Bratpfanne Ø 20 cm

I love how evenly this 20 cm pan heats up - my omelettes cook perfectly without any hot spots. The handle also stays surprisingly cool on the stove, which is a nice safety touch for such a compact size.

I was a bit skeptical about the non-stick coating lasting, but after a month of daily use it still releases eggs and pancakes perfectly. The handle stays cool enough to grab without a mitt.

The 20 cm size is perfect for single portions, and the pan heats so evenly that my omelettes turn out golden every time. Handles stay cool on the stove, which makes flipping and tossing a lot less stressful.
